On June 25th, 2014 Sand Point Police Officer Eric Tupper received a report stating that a male in his 20’s was driving a black Ford SUV while intoxicated. After spotting the vehicle reported Officer Tupper made contact with the suspect and initiated a field sobriety test. After failing the field sobriety test the individual in question was brought to the police station where he registered a .105 on the DataMaster, well over the legal limit of .08.
