February 22, 2011 Meet the People with Rebecca Carrillo

Kells Hetherington discusses with Rebecca Carrillo the potential impact for Alaska of a proposed 10% federal funding cut to the Family Nutrition Woman, Infants and Children program.  Carrillo is the assistant program manager of the Alaska WIC program.  According to Carrillo, the program continues to operate at last year’s appropriation level.  WIC supports near thirty thousand beneficiaries in Alaska.
