Craig Campbell to post assistant attorneys general at the ballot counting rooms following the revelation that a Murkowski observer wrongfully accessed a Division of Elections computer on August 27, 2010 for 10 minutes before being ordered off by an election official. Yesterday, Campbell concluded that there were indeed irregularities by a Murkowski observer at the Wasilla ballot observation room. The Murkowski observer was "engaged in behavior we do not want observers engaged in," said Campbell. Joe Miller responded, "I want to thank the Lt. Gov. for deciding to post assistant attorneys general at the ballot counting room and looking into our complaint promptly and taking action." Miller also noted that an eyewitness statement regarding the computer security breach has been obtained.
