On-Air Studio
KSDP Radio’s On-Air Studio: The station’s on-air studio was entirely rearranged and updated in spring 2010. The studio furniture was turned ninety degrees and a step running across the studio was removed to make space. The final product is a studio in which the host and one, or even two guests are able to sit facing each other while on mic. The renovation also saw the addition of a new D-75-12 Audioarts radio console from Wheatstone, as well as the introduction of microphone and monitor arms from Yellow Technology. A new commercial glass door complete with a soundproofing gel coat also replaced the standard interior, wood door to the studio.
