Slowly Dillingham began get their game warmed up and then shifted into high gear to take down the win and a birth to the championship against the King Cove T-Jacks for the 2019 Sockeye Classic.

The Rookies dominated their first matchup of the Sockeye Classic and make it known that they are the team to beat going through the tournament. The game was disrupted by a power outage during the 3rd quarter so there is a delay that occurs in the latter half of the online stream.

The Lady Eagles worked hard in this game that came down to the final seconds. Sand Point led for the majority of the match up but Aleknagik kept their cool and slowly clawed their way back into the game after the half-time break. Sand Point got into foul trouble late into the game which gave the Lakers the edge they needed to hold onto their lead as time ran out of regulation.
