Sand Point snags another methodical win against rivals King Cove to finish off this set and their regular season. Maintaining the narrowest of leads in just one point throughout the first quarter, they came into their own at the start of the second to gain and hold their lead all the way to the finish.

Sand Point has home-turf advantage and is out for blood in this game against the King Cove T-Jacks. Managing to slowly accumulate a lead throughout the entire game, they manage to hit an insurmountable lead in the 4th quarter and protect it with their restrictive defense.

King Cove fights hard against the 2A Unalaska Raiders in one of the final home games of the season before Regionals takes place. King Cove picked up the pace in the second quarter but ran out of time before a comeback could be mounted.

Executive session was turned into open session at the Aleutians East Borough School Board meeting, after the employee in question waived their privacy rights. Both sides of the complaint were given 30 minutes to provide their statements and arguments. After which, an executive session ensued in which the board deliberated and made a decision.
