The Lady Eagles fought hard in their first game on the road system for the 2019 Road Trip series. Mounting a close comeback in the 3rd quarter the Cook Inlet Eagles held on and expanded their lead in the 4th to walk away with the win. Here is the schedule for February 2, 2019 – the final day of the tournament!
1:00 pm: Sand Point Lady Eagles
5:30 pm: Sand Point Eagles (boys)
7:00 pm: King Cove Rookies (Championship)
8:30 pm: King Cove T-Jacks (Championship)
The Eagles came out roaring at the start of the first half going into the second quarter with a seven point lead over the Wolverines. Slowly Dillingham began get their game warmed up and then shifted into high gear to take down the win and a birth to the championship against the King Cove T-Jacks for the 2019 Sockeye Classic.

Sheer domination for the Rookies as they march their way into the championship game at the 2019 Sockeye Classic. Elana Mack scores an incredible 47 points, almost her 3rd time getting 50 points in a single game. At the end of the game hang on for a special interview with Coach Shadow and Coach Lamar.

The Rookies dominated their first matchup of the Sockeye Classic and make it known that they are the team to beat going through the tournament. The game was disrupted by a power outage during the 3rd quarter so there is a delay that occurs in the latter half of the online stream.

Sand Point plays the whole bench in this strong start to the 2019 Sockey Classic in Dillingham, Alaska. Controlling the flow and pace of the game from the very beginning, the Eagles showed themselves to be a force to contend with going ahead into this weekend tournament!

The Lady Eagles worked hard in this game that came down to the final seconds. Sand Point led for the majority of the match up but Aleknagik kept their cool and slowly clawed their way back into the game after the half-time break. Sand Point got into foul trouble late into the game which gave the Lakers the edge they needed to hold onto their lead as time ran out of regulation.
