Sun Spots will be interrupting service soon. All sorts of satellite services could be effected so be ready for Internet, Television and Radio disruptions of all sorts! Here are the times you can expect disruption:
Beginning as early as Monday, October 8th, brief outages from 2 to 12 minutes (depending on your dish size, location and alignment) will occur daily between 12:50 PM and 1:10 PM, and will continue until approximately October 19th.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if a tsunami struck Sand Point? Well wonder no more, on September 22 at 5:30pm several representatives from UAF will be holding a potluck at the rec center and presenting a newly finished mapping project that will explain what would happen in the case of several different kinds of tsunami events. This I a very important topic so be sure to come down and bring a dish, Thursday, September 22 at 5:30.

On Monday, September 19 at 5:00pm Libertarian Party Candidate for Senate Joe Miller will be on KSDP to share about his current campaign and policies.
The next day Representative Bryce Edgmon, who represents our community in the State House, will be in Sand Point and stopping by the studio to talk about the last Legislative Cycle and his current campaign.
