MINUTES

Call to Order

President Jim Brown called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.

Roll Call

Members present were: President Jim Brown, Vice President Robbe Gilmour, Secretary Kelly O’Keefe-Bjornstad, Chris Holmberg, Joanna Karlsen was absent.

Also present was KSDP General Manager Kells Hetherington.

Executive Session

Robbe made a motion to recess into Executive Session to discuss Alaska Wireless and Legal Fees.  Jim seconded the motion.

Vote=unanimous, yes.

Reconvene

The Board reconvened from Executive Session at 8:10.

Chris made a motion for the Board to direct President Jim Brown to contact Shumagin Corporation regarding the Alaska Wireless tower lease issue

Vote=yes, unanimous.

Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
